The repair was successful but took longer than expected. It was difficult for me over holidays to be without NY vehicle due to my personal mobility issues. It was a bigger repair job than The insurance estimator gave initially. In the end I am satisfied with the repair job.

I was updated on every single step of the repair process. Your entire staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. When my car was ready, I was notified with appropriate time to plan my pick up, and my car was at the front door waiting for me sparkling clean! Communication was great, quality work that was all done in a timely manner. I appreciate it so much that they even cleaned the car inside and out. However, I was a little surprised to see how much the gas went down compared to drop off which gives me a concern someone was driving the vehicle. Overall, it was great service!

They were super nice about everything but when we went to get the car it was missing parts and some were literally hanging off. I guess everybody is cutting corners now. Everyone has some kind of hustle so it benefits them and no regard for anything else. They were super nice though and did make it right. So respect on that cause that’s rare also. Expect 3 week turnaround on your service and make sure you inspect your vehicle before leaving any place of that business.
