The work seems ok even if the paint isn't perfect. Mostly it was just the much longer time than I was originally told.

At first I was told it would take maybe 3 days for the repair, then when I brought it in was told a week. Ended up being three weeks. The paint still looks a bit off but not enough to bother with it any more. The people have all been very nice but I was without a vehicle for three weeks which was not at all what I expected.

I will admit I was skeptical at first red paint is difficult to match, especially after the car is a few years old. But Fix Auto did a beautiful repair job and matched the paint perfectly. I would recommend there work, especially if you own a Toyota or a Lexus. There specialty.
