This vehicle was brand new before this. The drivers side mirror has a distorted image (it is cheap and clearly not Subaru), and the mirror does not move back and forth as it should. It is stuck. The inside covers do not line up on the dash. There were still scratches on the roof of the car by the driver door. The rear windshield wiper was not replaced. The windshield wipers that were replaced on the windshield fell apart on our drive home to Colorado from using them in the rain. The quality of parts used on this car were ridiculous.

The communication with the shop was difficult at best. Towards the very end a new person was assigned and it did get better.
