It took a longer to get the car fixed than I had hoped(and was told) but a big part of it was State Farm's fault. I hate insurance companies, but State Farm really sucks. Thankfully I don't have a lot of experience with wrecked cars being fixed, but the one I do have involving State Farm(I was hit and State Farm was his insurance), was extremely poor. They would not pay for what was required - typical insurance. And, they shut off my rental car usage prematurely.

Overall, Fix Auto did a great job. The work done was well done. The communication was good for the first month, and improved to great, the second month. My only complaint....2 months to get my car finished. I would use them again, but hope that doesn't happen soon: )

Bob and the entire staff at Fix Auto were so helpful and made me feel like they had everything under control. Having a collision with your vehicle is very stressful. Everyone there handled my car insurance and kept me in the loop all the way through. The communication with them was amazing. I highly recommend Fix Auto for their professionalism and ability to get the job be right.
