Believe it or not… at 61 I have never had to leave my vehicle at a body shop. I have heard horrible stories. I did not have one. I am so pleased with the service and the product delivered

Joey always takes good care of me. He avoids the need for a rental when he can and tries to keep the cost reasonable. The staff is always kind, offering bottled water or coffee and greeting with a smile!

There are lots of good body shops. I think keeping the customer informed of delivery changes can make or break customer service quality. Still, we didn't *need* the repairs complete and weren't in a bind by the lack of the vehicle, so it didn't matter too much to us.
