There are lots of good body shops. I think keeping the customer informed of delivery changes can make or break customer service quality. Still, we didn't *need* the repairs complete and weren't in a bind by the lack of the vehicle, so it didn't matter too much to us.

The counter staff is very pleasant as well as Joe, and facility is well maintained but wasn't happy about how long it took to be finished. But when it was done, it looked great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
