I am bad with names but the tall guy with the big hand shake was really professional and sociable. Robyn in the office was so nice. You all are great and if I ever need my car towed from a collision FIX is the place. Thanks to Schomp for the recommendation. Good people.

NO WAY.....I am letting everyone know how they treated me and how they decided to put the chrome grill on my car when it came in with a black grill. That is just wrong

They do great work and I would have gave them a 10.....BUT WHEN THEY PUT ON WRONG GRILL.

Customer service started off great......THEN IT WENT TO HELL. When they brought my car out when it was done, I had noticed a different Grill on it. I brought my car in with the black grill and they put a chrome grill on it . Melissa try to wiggle herself out by saying she went by the Vin number on my car . We are the second owner of this car and we bought it from Freeway Ford and they told us it was a custom grill and wheels they put on it . Melissa said she talk to the mechanic and said that it was sprayed -painted over the chrome. What's up with that you cannot spray paint over chrome and we had the car for two years and the grill look great until the accident . When you take your car in with a black grill you expect it to come out with a black grill . I had to get the farmers adjuster involved in this matter. Yeah insurance adjuster told them to put on the black grill . When I brought my car back for them to put on the black grill and you can still feel the tension in that shop . When the grill was put on and done I was the only one in the waiting room and the repair man comes in and say the owner of the charger well it's back to black for you. THEY NEVER WENT OVER MY REPAIRS.
