I'm satisfied and happy with the work! Quality looks great, however the reason I did not rank a 10 is because I feel it takes so long to complete the work. Although it's not the shop fault. Dealing with 2 different insurance companies can be difficult. Having said that, the shop should have been more proactive in calling and pushing the insurance to respond to keep the work going to avoid delay in returning the vehicle back to the customer.

I would absolutely recommend them. Working on these more modern cars with all the electronics etc is very tricky and they exceed expectations.

I am highly satisfied -- I would even choose a word more positive than just "satisfied". Everyone has been very kind, with excellent communication. And they worked with me to do everything they could to help keep the costs down. Joey Williams, the estimator, is a gem. He is far more than an estimator -- he is a project manager and perfectionist. The front office folks are so great.

What can I say? There aren't a lot of superlatives left -- they are great. I broke the same mirror off my car twice -- and they fixed it both times -- you can't tell that I did something stupid twice. It's beautiful.

The repair work was fine. It took too long (they build new cars in less than a week), I was never given a specific date and I was the one who had to constantly call and get updates on timing (none of which were kept). I also did not care for your unilateral increases in the cost of the work charging whatever you wanted at the expense of the insurance company ( 3 times the cost of the original estimate). You also added work that did not need to be done and did not ask or inform me about before proceeding.
