My experience at Fix Auto was outstanding! Joey Williams went "above and beyond" working on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Not only did the team at Fix Auto do a stellar job, Joey went to great personal lengths to get my truck finished on time, despite a few hiccups with parts. Add to that, the friendly and helpful staff in the front office made the whole process easy and quick. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent communication, and I was treated like a valued customer. The teamwork and coordination between the front office and the shop is seamless. Joey Williams is a national treasure-/smart, good at what he does, easy to get along with, and very kind. Great respect for my budget too. Everything was done timely and at reasonable expense.

I have had the repaired auto for a few days, using it as I usually do I have not noticed any problems. The only reason for no 10 is the time it took to repair a door.
