Joey was a great person to work with. He explained things so I knew what was being done on the car. He finish early so I didn’t have to pay extra for the rental car. It was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new. Hopefully no more accidents but if there any I would bring to you all to fix and ask for Joey!

They were not proactive with updates. We got to the point where we had to call everyday to get an update and push the process along. When calling and Val was busy, I was told she would call us back. I never got a call back. I always had to call back myself.

I want to thank the team at Fix Auto for getting my work done. This is the second piece of aftermarket bodywork I have asked them to prep and paint for me and they knocked it out of the park. From the end to end the process was smooth.

Fix Auto was half the price of two other body shops I received estimates from. Bob took the time to call a trusted colleague at a dealer's parts department and found that the entire hinge would not need to be replaced but only parts of the hinge. The other two said the only remedy was to replace the entire hinge. Bob's a hero!

I arrived for schedule appointment and was told the part was not there. No one had called to cancel. However, I wouldn't let that deter me from using them again. If I had it to do over, I would call Fix Auto the day prior.
