Chuck did such an amazing job at communicating. I was very afraid to drop off my car for past experiences in other places. Iwas on the defensive side from the start. I dropped off my car in fontana and somehow made its way to chuck. Chuck would answer all my question and would callme when he had updates. I was never blinded sided on the process.
