Quizás sí lo recomendaría porque el trabajo de reparación me gustó. Sin embargo, creo que deben ser mucho más detallistas con la experiencia del cliente. Básicamente perdí dos días de trabajo por un error en la comunicación, me dañaron productos que tenía en la cajuela y además tuve que pagar una limpieza profunda de $175 para poder dejar mi auto en buen estado nuevamente. El trabajo técnico fue excelente (10/10), pero todo lo demás fue una mala experiencia. I might still recommend them because I was satisfied with the repair work. However, I believe they need to be much more detail-oriented when it comes to the customer experience. I essentially lost two days of work due to a communication error, some products I had in the trunk were damaged, and I also had to pay $175 for a deep cleaning to get my car back into proper condition. The repair work itself was excellent (10/10), but everything else was a poor experience.

El trabajo de reparación quedó muy bien y estoy satisfecho con el resultado. Sin embargo, la experiencia en la entrega fue frustrante. Me llamaron (creo que Lisette) asegurando que el auto estaba listo e insistieron en que fuera, lo que me hizo perder medio día de trabajo. Al llegar, me hicieron esperar cerca de 2 horas solo para decirme que el auto aún no estaba listo y que sería hasta el día siguiente. Confiando en eso, pedí permiso nuevamente, pero no lo entregaron ni me llamaron. Finalmente me lo dieron hasta el final del día, haciéndome perder otro día de trabajo. Además, el carro fue entregado muy sucio por dentro (con polvo de pintura incluso en los asientos) y me dañaron productos de limpieza que tenía en la cajuela, ya que se derramaron y no los limpiaron. No pude reportarlo porque no había nadie disponible al momento de la entrega. En general, buen trabajo en la reparación, pero deberían mejorar la comunicación y el cuidado en la entrega. The repair work was done very well, and I’m satisfied with the final result. However, the delivery experience was frustrating. I received a call (I believe her name was Lisette) saying my car was ready and insisting that I come pick it up, which caused me to lose half a day of work. When I arrived, I was made to wait about 2 hours just to be told that the car was not ready and would be available the next day. Trusting that, I requested another day off, but the car was not delivered as promised and I did not receive any call or update. In the end, I had to pick it up later that day, causing me to lose another full day of work. Additionally, the car was returned very dirty inside, with dust from the paint job even on the seats. Some cleaning products I had in the trunk were damaged—they spilled and were not cleaned. I couldn’t report this at the moment because no one was available when the car was handed to me. Overall, the repair work was good, but communication, follow-through, and care during delivery need improvement.

I give an 8 because while I absolutely appreciate the little extra that was done as far as them painting the inside cab frame on the driver's side, it was not properly fixed, only painted with what was left over from the damaged that was repaired on the door; and the opposite side of the windshield was not done, so it's looks terrible. Why not just fix it right and paint both sides?
