When I pulled up, I went to wrong side of building and every person in the shop was so nice and kind and guided me to the front which seems like a small thing but not one person ignored me and was very kind and didn’t make me feel like what are you going here on this side. Then the great customer service continued and even got better once I got into the office. Lis was amazing and I am sorry I forget his name but the parts specialist who was with her couldn’t have been more help, they were absolutely amazing and it was very refreshing. The communication was perfect through the process and the job was done ahead of schedule and the work was beautiful. I will not go to the other body shop where I have went my whole life this was my first time here and is my new spot I hope nothing changes.
