I had my car towed to Fix Auto due to overheating. To say I was worried about what the issue was is an understatement. From the moment I spoke to Melissa about my concerns I felt a sense of relief. I knew my car was in the right hands. Every employee that I encountered at Fix Auto was beyond friendly and professional. From Melissa who made arrangements with me as far as towing my vehicle there, to Andrew who looked over my car and gave me an estimate and the mechanics as well who I had the pleasure of meeting when I picked up my car. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth things turned out. They kept me informed about everything the entire time. I was never left worrying about what was going on with my car as they communicated everything, every step of the way. Don’t get me started on how fast they were able to get things done! I thought I would be out of a car for a few days but they had this single momma and her little one back in our car the same day! There is no other company I would trust my family car with! The employees at Fix Auto are truly amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for them!

They went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back a few days early. I forgot the lady name that runs the front desk but she is awesome with great customer service skills.
