Excellent Service from Caliber Collision I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the entire team throughout the repair process. Diane, the receptionist, was my first point of contact. She was very friendly and took the time to explain the entire process in great detail, making sure I understood what needed to be done before my car went in for repairs. When I arrived, Jose was assigned to inspect my vehicle. He immediately reassured me that everything that needed to be repaired would be taken care of. Throughout the entire process, Jose kept me informed and communicated with me at every stage of the repairs. Just as he promised, my vehicle was repaired 100%. The team even polished my headlights, which made my car look even better than it did when I brought it in! The General Manager, Johnny was also extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the progress of the repairs. My car was completed sooner than I expected, and when I needed to return with my wife to pick it up, he kindly allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot until we could come back. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and caring team to repair their vehicle. They truly went above and beyond to take care of both me and my car. Thank you, Caliber Collision, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a smooth and positive process.
