Andrew and Melissa were amazing! Andrew was able to go over everything that needed to be done on the car and gave clear breakdowns on what they’d need to do to make it happen. They had an app to keep me up to date and informed of the progress. I ended up in the hospital during the process and Melissa and their team were so sweet to accommodate me. They called to check in on me and took care of the delivery of my vehicle to my home.I had a fantastic experience all around when this could have been a nightmare, they made the entire transaction and process flawless! It was so simple to do and the Fix Auto team were amazing!! I ended up in the hospital during this entire process and they worked with me from getting my vehicle to the shop, to using the app and keeping me informed and up to date with what was going on, and finally by dropping my vehicle off at my home. It was a flawless experience.
