Your customer service has been excellent. Thank you for everything. The details and getting the problem solved within a timely manner has been great. I have never dealt with a shop like this. I have always had issues with other shops in Los Angeles in the past. This was never a. Issue. You guys will have a customer for life. Hopefully on better circumstances I will be back but your entire staff and the manager were awesome and welcoming. Thank you from my family to yours.

this is my second time this year having my car repaired by Fix Auto. As like the last time I was totally satisfied with the job that was done. More important was the customer service that was given to me. I love being informed via email of the status of the work on my car. I also appreciate that my car was finished as promised with no delays. Hope I don't have any more accidents but if I do I definitely will return to fix Auto. Also if I know anyone that needs car repairs I will definitely refer them
