Finish product amazing, vehicle delivered as expected, customer service superb, I was kept completely informed of progress, I don’t ever want to see them. The only caveat is that the shop is not conveniently located. We would never have used this location were it not one of the few Tesla-approved shops available, and the closest to us, over 13 miles from our home.

All of the personnel we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, which is something very rare for auto body repair shops. We have found no issues associated with the repaired components and surfaces.
