The only caveat is that the shop is not conveniently located. We would never have used this location were it not one of the few Tesla-approved shops available, and the closest to us, over 13 miles from our home.

All of the personnel we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, which is something very rare for auto body repair shops. We have found no issues associated with the repaired components and surfaces.

We can’t thank them enough from Angie the receptionist who was so patient and kind and extremely helpful, then there was Esteban who walked us through all that needed to be done on our Tesla whom they have on there crew that specializes on Tesla’s and gave us an estimate that day which was so reasonable we were so pleased! We got it back a week later and it was perfect! And to top it off it was washed and vacuumed! I would recommend them to everyone! We will continue to support them and pass the word! A++++++++

I loved how transparent the process was Stephen gave me updates, and solutions to all my questions going in. When my car was ready my husband did a thorough inspection and Stephen didn’t let us leave without being happy with the quality of work his guys completed. I appreciate all the support and transparency and if I need anything in the future I will definitely be calling Fix Auto.
