The staff was excellent, and the service provided was very good. Esteban was very helpful.. My only feedback is regarding the vehicle's battery charge level. I would appreciate it if Tesla vehicles could be returned with approximately the same charge level they had when dropped off for service. When I picked up my vehicle, the battery charge was significantly lower than when I brought it in. As a result, I had to stop and charge the vehicle before driving to work in Simi Valley, which caused me to arrive late. Returning vehicles with a similar charge level would help improve the overall customer experience.
