The front passenger door interior window seal was not installed improperly and when I rolled the window down, it created a loud pop and the seal got rolled down with the window causing the window to jam. In the process is scratched the window tint. I managed to roll the window up but am now stuck with not rolling the window down at all over the weekend because of the fear that it may happen again. Now the window seal has to be fixed or replaced and I will also have to replace the scratched window tint. . I will be coming by the shop next Wednesday the 28th to hopefully have this issue resolved.
