I recently brought my Lexus into the shop for service, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Estaban and the front desk representative—they both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I was kept informed. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend this shop.
