The dent in my vehicle was repaired. But Unfortunately the the paint and polish job was terrible.. I even took my car back..and it got even worse!! Yes my car is black..but that's no excuse for the poor work.. I'm quite upset with the work.

This place is superior to any Tesla shop. I had a serious issue with my vehicle. Nearest Tesla shop was 45 miles away. I did not have a way to tow the vehicle at that moment. I called Tesla support about what I could do in the situation (coolant leak. Vehicle was off but continued to blow hot air and leak coolant). If left in this condition, serious and EXPENISVE damage would occur. Tesla support offered zero help and told me zmto just get it to a Tesla repair shop eventhough it was closed at the time and the vehicle would continue to sit in its condition until the next day when someone might be able to look at it as they could not tell me what was wrong. I found and called fix auto lancaster. They were minutes from closing for the weekend (this was a friday). The manager, Andrew, after hearing my explanation of the issue immediately knew what it was and what needed to happen. We walked me through how to disconnect the 16v battery to completely shut down the vehicle wo it would not risk damaging the main battery. He assured me in this condition it would be fine over the weekend until I could bring it in. Took it in on Monday morning. With 2 hours I received pictures and explanation of the problem and the total cost to fix. I gave the go ahead. Completion time was estimated at Thursday or Friday as parts needed to be ordered. The vehicle was done Wed at noon. Every step of the way I was communicated with. No nonsense, no hidden costs, no run around. Just a company not looking for my money, rather looking to resolve my issue. They even washed the car and vacuumed interior!! Absolutely fantastic experience.
