I brought my 2019 Honda Accord to Fix Auto Lancaster after a hit-and-run and working with Stephen made the whole process incredibly easy. Honestly, bringing my car here was the least stressful part of the entire situation. The team was fast, communicative, and did an amazing job — my car looks like nothing ever happened. Stephen and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond, and they worked quickly and seamlessly with my insurance. On top of the great service, the shop itself is very inviting and even has a coffee bar inside, which was a nice touch. I’ve definitely found my go-to body shop in town and would absolutely recommend Fix Auto Lancaster.

I truly appreciate the great communication and amazing customer service with the team. Esteban was super thorough on walking me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Angie was always following up with me throughout the process as well and helping me with scheduling and answering last minute questions .
