Fix It Auto Spring Mountain did a wonderful job on repairing my Toyota Camry. I'm amazed at how much the paint matched the original color. It looks like the bumper was never damaged. I am very appreciative and will continue to use Fix Auto for all of our family cars.

They kept calling to say my car would be done, then they would postpone it. Once I was able to pick up my car they had left the sticky stuff on the light cover, a dent in the hood of my trunk and the rear tire had a bubble in the side which I had to tale somewhere else to get it replaced.

Wonderful wonderful customer service the updates on the repairs was fantastic and just everybody was overall it was just a great experience and this is the first time I've had to get my car repaired and I will definitely recommend people to come to you guys

The service was good. The lady that took care of me was efficient. Even though it may have been due to my neglect, she did express annoyance at having to call Enterprise to get a shuttle for me. Don’t recall her name, but she was the older of the two in the office.

I am so wholeheartedly grateful for your company, from start to finish... From the moment I contacted Corinna with your company in utter despair trying to find a trustworthy body shop in town, I was greeted with compassion, patience and understanding!!! She allowed me to describe my situation and took it personally, she connected with me and then made room in the schedule to get my Jeep safe inside for repairs from the break-in! She was extremely communicative with me. Even the couple times I spoke to someone else, they knew status for me. Jennifer was great as the work wrapped up, she called me right back with an update! The work was done ahead of what I had planned and so streamlined, I’m so grateful for the blessing of finding your company — Thank you Fix Auto!!!

I had a bitter sweet experience at Fix Auto. I came in for a repair and was treated with disrespect by Jennifer. She gave me attitude and didn't tell me about the credit card fee before I came in. After requesting another person, I met Karinna who was kind and patient. She helped me get the repairs done and was a lot better than Jennifer. Also Micheal was very nice as he drove me to Enterprise to get a rental. In short Fix Auto is great as long as you don't have to deal with Jennifer.
