When my car was returned to me from the autoshop, via tow truck, the battery was dead. I called to inform the shop, they said it was because the car had not been driven in several days. This was odd, considering I previously had refrained from using it for similar amounts of time and never had a problem. After having it jumped I noticed the blinker on the left continually blinks. An entirely new occurrence. This is the same side of the car which the auto shop repaired. In removing my bumper to complete the original repair they did not reconnect the blinker lights properly which is why it know blinks continuously. This consequently causes the battery to die. Instead of admitting the error and fixing the issue, they refused to take accountability for the situation. Understandably, I extremely disappointed in the work completed by the shop.

Good customer service. Jennifer was very efficient and helpful. Kept me updated on the progress of the repair and it was done on time and the workmanship seems very good. When I picked the car up, it was cleaned inside and out, unexpected and appreciated. I would definitely recommend fix auto.

Customer service was great. Original body shop was not helpful with my ability to drop off my vehicle in the afternoon. After talking to the claim adjuster and picking a new shop from the time of the call to the shop to the pickup of my vehicle they made the ease of use seamless and helpful with updates thorough my repair!
