I liked that I could walk in off the street and get an estimate with no wait or appointment. The work was done in a timely manner with a high end result. I would definitely use this shop again!

I never once received a call from their offices, I had to call them for every single update. My car was estimated to be ready 1/7, received no communication that day or the following Monday (1/10), I called Tuesday 1/11, they said my car would be ready by the afternoon, I received no call then I called afternoon of Wednesday & my car was finally ready.

1 part of my car was not fixed & they said it was due to my insurance not approving it. But they should’ve communicated that before I arrived so I could’ve called my insurance ahead of time

Initial body work quality was below average. There was a dime sized knick on the fender that the technicians did not work on properly. However, the owner Matt intervened and took care of it. So the end result came out good.

If it wasn’t for estimator that works at the front desk, I would’ve gave it a 10/10. In the beginning she was polite. However all that changed when I went to pick up my car as well as when I asked her to help me get my wheel locks back from the techs.
