I was told by Karina that a plastic part if the bumper was replaced (a piece that visually didn't display any damage) the other part of the bumper that showed damage wasn't fixed neither replaced, the painting work on the bumper is doesn't look like professional job. Neither of the employees on the office did wear masks. The Customer satisfaction I received was "if you don't like it, leave the car again" I left the car in the shop.for 10 days for a cosmetic repair the job wasn't up to my satisfaction and I wasn't treat like a customer

Absolutely phenomenal Auto shop. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done on our vehicle. Also the customer service between everyone and the owner was amazing. They without any hesitation made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving and if there was any error they were willing to do whatever it took to make it right and return my vehicle in perfection. I will tell anyone I know about this auto body shop. Great work team at fixed auto. You guys are truly the best. I pray for an abundance of work to come your way! Keep those doors open. You deserve it!
