I will be contacting State Farm and having you removed from the preferred vendors list. Catalina qt the front office who answers the phone had the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. She lied about the General Manager being in the office the proceeded to put me on hold so long while she "looked for his email address" that I had to hangup and call back. She did not answer. So I called back from a different number and she answered. These kind of immature childish games are not conducive to the level of standards Stafe Farm is held to....my vehicle 1as returned to me in in worse condition Cosmetically than when it arrived and my battery was dead. Such a disappointment.
