Upon receiving my vehicle I was beyond excited and impressed at the quality of work that was preformed. My car has never looked better and you would never know I was rear ended. Ricky was an absolute gem to work with. He far exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond, was kind, easy to talk to and all in all a great face of the business. Veronica, also, was nice, efficient and way to work with. José Valladares, an expert technician there, recommended the business, was so welcoming when I saw him, and to my understanding was going to be the one that was assigned to the car. From these three individuals to the gentleman who washed my car, they were consummate professionals. I will highly recommend this business in the future to anyone who asks.

Couldn’t be more pleased about the service I received at Fix Auto. Andy was helpful and informative, excellent customer service skills. The repairs were completed quickly and they had me back in the road in two days. They even washed and detailed my truck inside and out and gave it back to me cleaner than when I gave it to them.

The entire staff was very helpful to me being a first time customer especially Andy. I was greeted and accommodated while waiting for a the staff to observe my car . Unfortunately I was rear-ended by another party and was directed to this Fix It Auto off of Magnolia in Riverside. I was greeted by friendly staff and the guy I worked with was named Andy. He thoroughly explained the whole process to get my vehicle repaired and get into a rental car in the meanwhile. The whole time I was updated on the progress of my vehicle and was text message updates. When I retrieved my car after the repairs were done I was walked through all the steps it took to get my car back to factory and even checked all the lights and did a entire walkthrough of my vehicle. What would ordinarily be an unpleasant experience turned out to be a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this location.
