received conflicting messages from both the Shop, and apparently an automated system on when the car would be ready. When the car was ready, there was poor alignment between the bumper and the fenders. The grill was not properly seated, and the overall quality of repair was lousy, horrible. I find it hard to believe you let that out out of your shop that way. We have returned the car to fix Auto and anticipate it being done correctly the second time.

Meagen and her team were just marvy. ahead of schedule and below est. highly recommend Fix-it they know what to do by showing a detailed work order and the showing you what the cost vs est per iline item, well managed and very curtious.

Dinged up my vehicle and they 100% restored it back to what it was. The repair was completed on time and as promised, communicated with with throughout the entire process. My wife suggested to bring her Bronco here. She had brought her transit here a couple times for repairs. Once her being rear ended and another time. Both times work was done to perfection. This time was no different. And the vehicle was done sooner than expected.
