I can’t say enough about the excellent job the Caliber team did on my car. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had just been driven out of the Honda showroom. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received. Jen kept me updated on the repair status and my car was completely ahead of the projected completion date. I haven’t had this type of white glove service, like ever!! Jaeden kept me up to date on the progress of my car. She was so kind and set me up with clear exceptions on process and after care. The shop as a whole completed my car a week earlier than I had expected. Jaeden was the heart of my experience! I would give her more stars if it was possible! I am going to 💯 % recommend!

Jennifer Courtright did a great job of keeping me informed about our company vehicle’s repair from start to finish. The vehicle had several issues that required addressing under two separate insurance claims. She worked with the insurance company and also coordinated transporting the vehicle to an auto repair shop for needed repairs. She kept everything organized. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.
