Bobby and the young lady that runs the front counter (sorry, I forgot her name), are amazing!! Top notch customer service, without a doubt. I have used other repair shops in the Modesto area. But the experience I had at Fix Auto-Modesto, is the first time I felt compelled enough to leave a review on how happy I am with the repairs on my vehicle. Not only the repairs on my 4RUNNER was perfect, but the entire process with Fix Auto was wonderful. The customer service, communication, and the repairs that were done made getting my car fixed so easy and painless. I am so pleased with the way my 4RUNNER looks now, I am actually happy my vehicle needed repairs after my experience with Fix Auto-Modesto. Fix Auto-Modesto will forever be my Go To auto shop as long as I am a vehicle owner.

Customer service is too notch! The staff here makes you feel like a million bucks, so very helpful, takes their time to answer all my questions, and my car was completed 4 days earlier than promised. I love the text alerts on how my car was doing again!!! I will definitely be sending all my friends here. Thank you for making this so easy????
