This is the second time my car has been repaired by Fix Auto. I was happy with the service and the speed with which Fix Auto has repaired my car each time. The office is also very nice and the staff is courteous and professional!

The repair is nice. Unfortunately the detailer put his knee through my seat bottom ripping the seam while detailing the interior. Also a nick in the expensive steering wheel but I guess we can live with the wheel. Very disappointed it wasn't brought to our attention when delivered. We expect the seat bottom to be repaired to the condition it was dropped off in.

I thank you for fixing my car in the amount of time and got it back when I was promised. All your staff is friendly and professional. The only thing I would say on my repair and I didn’t notice it right away was the sensor part is scraped and there’s a chip under right rear bumper tail light. Your staff mentioned it’s life time warranty and wanted to point that out so you guys are aware.
