I cannot say enough good things about Fix Auto. From start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional. They did an amazing job fixing my car, but what meant the most to me was how genuinely kind, patient, and helpful everyone was throughout the process. Mary Karam at the front desk went far above and beyond her job duties by handling all of the car rental details for me and taking care of all communication with the insurance company, so I didn’t have to deal with insurance at all, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Christian, who worked on my car, was also incredibly nice and professional, and he took the time to go over every single detail of the repairs with me so I fully understood everything. Before the repairs were completed, they made sure to address and fix everything related to the accident, and knowing that they provide a lifetime warranty on everything they fixed gave me even more peace of mind. I am extremely thankful for their outstanding service, and I would absolutely bring my car back here over anywhere else in the future if I ever need repairs again. I highly recommend Fix Auto.

I was amazed at the service. While still on phone with Geico, I received a call you would accept my business. Every day I received a text where they were in fixing car. They went to work on it the next day. Everyone was very easy to talk with, seem caring. Can’t say enough about this car repair company. Should be rated #1.
