Oh, my gosh! Everything was beyond perfect, if that’s possible. Work was beautiful, staff was friendly, process was smooth, coordination with Enterprise for the rental went well, too. I asked if they could do a side job for me, fixing a broken armrest on the driver’s side. I was considering paying $500 for new but I got a perfectly good used door for $0! No labor charge, either. Special kudos for Michael Karam.

100% satisfaction. Process was smooth, and I was apprised of progress every step of the way. The rental arrangement was extremely easy and convenient. I asked for a quote on an additional job, a cracked armrest. Michael Karam (special kudos to him) found a used door that was perfectly satisfactory and installed it at no charge (and threw in some new headlights as well). I can’t promise that Fix Auto can deliver this magical an experience every time, but this was absolutely exceptional service and work.
