From the moment I walked in the door at Fix Auto, I was greeted by Jerri and Chris, and assisted immediately. They took great care of my car AND me by contacting a couple of car rental agencies, and were very concerned that I would be given a rental car expeditiously. I was kept informed on a regular basis of the repair work done, and the car was handed over to me on the day and time promised. The work was excellent and professional. Customer service was phenomenal. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!
