Mostly satisfied with the body work of my Kia Forte. The paint job was excellent as well. The Manager was nice in explaining to me not to wash my car through a drive through car off until after 90 days. My car was washed and waxed very nice at pick up time. I would recommend others to your shop.

The Receptionist was very nice. But Juan was hesitant to install a new battery when I brought the date of pick up. Luckily, the Manager was very nice and agreed to install my new battery free of charge.

I'm all around happy with the way my car looks. You guys were by far the most awesomeness from the start to finish. Easily simplified promptness. Juan, from the get go made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his care. He gained my trust and I know my car is in good hands. Edna, made me feel like family and she made me laugh. She was very welcoming and truly a delightful person. She explained all the paperwork and she helped me understand the warranty coverage. I run a mechanic shop and my experience with FixAuto has really helped me open up my eyes to setting new higher standards for my shop. Juan and Edna are not just employees but instead they are wonderful assets to FixAuto. Those two, are the employees all shops wish they had working for them. This is my first time coming to FixAuto and I am sold for life. I'm only coming to FixAuto from here on out. I don't care if another shop is cheaper or faster or anything. I don't care about that. "I'm a FixAuto kind of guy now. I like the experience!"

Nice big shock to realize that I dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon and was ready for pickup on Friday. Talk about speedy workers. The quality is also very good. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Chris and his crew went beyond expectations and got my car done a day earlier than anticipated and a great job Edna in the office was very helpful and very friendly. The only issue I had was, I had to take my CX5 back to Fix Auto Anaheim the day after picking up my Mazda. My key Fob's would not work & I had to use the Key to unlock my car. Anaheim found that the power plug for the locking system use not plugged in completely. It's fixed now.
