Enda and George were very helpful with our vehicle being repaired with the parts that I requested. They listened to what we were going through and made sure we were happy at all times with the repairs , and we were so happy about the time line it took for our vehicle to be fixed and back to us .my wife is really happy with her car , I can't thank you enough for the service we have gotten from Edna and George. Hopefully we don't have another accident ,I mean this in a good way , but we will request that our vehicles will be taken care of at your place.

If the estimator gets trained on better customer service regardless of his tenure in the business perhaps it would be more pleasant and if they were more honest with the customer and not lying I will recommend it until then no

I had issues with the estimator being very defensive when I would ask about the problems with my car I got called twice that my car was finished but when I got there it was not finished they did not inspect thoroughly the bumper that they fixed or they would have seen in my bumper was an active bumper that has moving parts on the second time they called me to check my car they were telling me that it was working when I got there it was not, trying to sum it up to it being a maintenance issue and they had a bunch of their mechanics try to tell me the same thing lastly they had to call a third party mechanic to come fix my car which indicated that the issue with my headlight washer was due to the end incident that my car suffered the manager had a similar defense told when I would ask them about why it wasn't working although it was fixed and they admitted that they didn't know what they were fixing exactly the estimator needs better customer service training I definitely won't be coming back or recommending it to anybody

I stated in my previous question that the estimator was very unpleasant to work with very confrontational and defensive when I would ask and question about my car's repairs and the manager had it a lighter defensive stands but still defensive the service desk lady was very nice however very pleasant
