I have finger prints on my tan cloth headliner, there was white film all over the right side of my dashboard, I found 2 screws in the boot of my tunnel shifter, there is a new ding in my driver rear door with green in it so it’s noticeable, and 2 scuffs to my paint one on each side.

I hope my experience was a one off for this organization because it is unfortunate that a vehicle that I took such great care of since purchasing brand new carries a load of scratches that were not there before, internally and externally through the surfaces and seats.

From an appearance standpoint, it looked okay. However, once up close, one could see many defects, such as scratches. Not to mention that the vehicle came out worse than when it went in from a scratch perspective. It was apparent that the level of care for the vehicle was low. A squeaking noice was coming from the repaired site, leading to believe something wasn’t in the right position. However, this was corrected. The hassle of having to get this look at again and end product impacts the rating.

Customer service was okay until issues were pointed out. I appreciate the efforts that were made in addressing my concerns but found the comments that were made regarding my level of expertise with my own vehicle unnecessary.
