They were very professional and they kept me in the loop during the entire repair process. They also contract with my rental shop which was actually really convenient, I was able to drop my rental off to them and they took care of it. However, I was hoping they would have cleaned out my car after words. The back of my car had some white chalky like substances coming from my back window above where the damage was, it had dripped into the cup holders. It was all over the back interior of my car and they also left a few towels/paper towels. There was also a lot of dust like shards that kicked up in the back which I assume it had to be from grinding down the paint. They did however clean the outside it seems like but there’s white chalky substances in the cracks and crevices. I’m not entirely sure what it could be but I have to assume it has something to do with the repair process. Overall not a terrible experience, they walked me through everything and made sure they were thorough on the repairs.

Well didn't get a phone call. Nor did the app say anything. Wasn't sure if "finished' was when I picked the car? Either way no one contacted me. So I went down to pick up my car. So I could go do my plans I had already planned before needing to pick up my car. Well I get there and was told it wasn't ready. I am disappointed at this point. I left work early to get my car, and not be late to my plans to get there and leave without my car and was late to my plans. Wasting PTO on top of that. I thank you for taking car of my car and fixing it. Just wish I was contacted that it wasn't ready to be picked up
