I’d say over satisfied if possible this is our second vehicle to have taken to fix auto and each time they have exceeded our expectations. Every person I’ve talked to is very friendly and professional and most of all Michelle goes above and beyond! Other than the guys doing the work on my vehicle, Michelle Made the experience seamless and anytime I called with a questions or stopped in with questions or concerns, She addressed them immediately. being in a car accident is already pretty traumatic, but then having insurance try to nickel and dime on how they fix your vehicle is very upsetting and stressful, but Michelle made it so so much better
