It could not have been any better! Rebecca is so friendly and professional! She was kind, friendly and empathetic. She helped me feel better about how I wrecked my truck and assured me they would do their best to make it look new again. Which they did!! Efrain provided the estimate and time table for the completion of my truck. He was very professional and helpful! In fact I left the shop and a hour or so later he called and said they had a cancellation. He wanted to know if I would like to bring my truck in early. What a great surprise! When I picked my truck up he made sure I was happy with it. He even took the time to show me the pictures of what they did. We walked around it and he helped me better understand my backup sensors! Their shop was spotless and service was amazing!! The other staff I saw were also very friendly! You could feel the teamwork they had in their shop and I believe because of that, their quality of work is great!! No one appeared to care who got the credit for the work, just that the work was great and the customer was happy! Which, I was!! Thank you!

Fix Auto Ogden was all around a great experience. Efrain and his team were professional throughout the experience. They were very detailed in their assessment and in the repair.
