It was great that Fix Auto kept me in the loop the whole time. They clearly showed what was damaged and what needed repairs. From the beginning, I was told my vehicle would likely be in the shop from Wednesday until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. To my surprise, the team completed the repairs by the end of the day Friday, far exceeding my expectations. They repaired the rear-end damage on my Toyota using all genuine Toyota parts—no aftermarket or used parts—which I greatly appreciated. The quality of the repair was excellent, and my vehicle was returned looking great. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed with regular text and email updates, so I always knew the status of my vehicle and what to expect next. I love the way the car looks. Like it never happened. I unfortunately it was pulled out and left by a large dumpster and it scratch my door. I'm not blaming anyone, but I just had surgery and it happens. Yurgen, do you fix scratches. I’ll pay. Other than that awesome job total ten star detail.

The Car looks great. Because of recent surgery, I have not been able to inspect it fully. Also, I would like you to repair the driver 's-side door. Upon pick up, because the Car was parked next to your trash bins, when I opened the door. The wind took it and blew it into the trash cans. I will pay for the repair.

Yurgen was helpful. The car was supposed to be done by the 29th. They got it done by the 22nd. I had surgery that day, but had to pick it up after surgery, which was an inconvenience. But the car looked great, and Yurgen was very professional and friendly.
