Mateo is very friendly, though the woman behind the desk I found to not be quite as friendly. When talking to her trying to make small talk she seems very dismissive. Everyone else was super nice.

I chose to go with Fix over my husbands advice to save 400. Husband wanted to go with Westside. Their quote was $2600. but said it will go up just a tad if they find anything else. Fix at first quoted verbally $1500-1700. Written quote was $2200. but per Mateo it wouldn’t go up. He said he could see underneath pretty well and if there’s a bracket he couldn’t see it would be cheap if it went up at all, but he was pretty certain he got everything in the quote. When they did the job they called and raised it $300. That should not have happened. How much was that bracket etc? The reason I went with Fix was because Mateo said repeatedly it wouldn’t go up. So we ended paying as much as we would have spent taking to Westside ( more established reputation) Fix should have not raised it $300. based on whatever minor part they justified it by. My feeling is it’s the plan for most auto body shops to up the price once they gave your car torn apart. What is a consumer going to say at that point?? Though the work was fast and pretty good, I’ll not refer or use them again. Should have eaten the cost of whatever little part that was. I don’t buy the excuse. It’s really not worth squeezing a few hundred more dollars out of a customer and lose them. How much do you lose by no repeat customers or referrals??? Most of my business is from word of mouth and referrals. I’ve leaned that principle.

Matt, a man of his words who has great confidence with his team just has their business process down to a T. They should be anyone’s first choice. It is mine undoubtedly !!

Yes, but I don't wish for anyone to have a reason to fix their car for body work unless it is for pure cosmetics and upgrades, but yes, if anyone ever needs great body work, this place, Fix Auto Collision would be my #1 place to recommend to anyone who may need some work done with their vehicle. Their work and efficiency and in dealing with their personnel is highly commendable.
