The repair was completed but i’m dissatisfied how my car was turned into me. I found white footprints on my seats. ( was someone walking on my back seats) why are there footprint all over? The head rest on passenger side was stained with oil/grease. Food was left in my car in the back seat. Most importantly something personal to me was moved out of the back trunk and broken. White powder was left all over passenger side door, dash and window.

Karla was great. She explained everything. And communicated everything to me step by step. Im more upset my gunsafe was removed from my trunk snd the locking latch to the safe was broken. And my car was left a mess on the inside. I was highy disappointed about this
