Work was done poorly with parts that do not fit properly, window tint replacement is of low quality in comparison to original and paint has many cracks and chips on the inside of drivers door.

While employees did call to give updates, they could never get a good grasp on a proper time-line for parts and repairs. I was told repairs and parts would only take 2 week, that became 3 weeks and then 4 weeks. In the end, it took 4 weeks and my vehicle was still missing a part that I am currently looking for myself.

I have to close the hatch back very hard for it to latch. Not like that before the accident. Used to close smoothly. If I don't close the hatch hard, the open door light stays on. Also, the emblem that goes on hatch was not ready when I picked up the car so that was disappointing. Also just got into my car, shut all doors and the open door light is staying on. Overall, unhappy.

The hatch does not open or close smoothly. It is clunky and it has to slammed to close it so the open door light doesn't come on. Today I went over a bump in the road and the hatch loosened and the open door light came on.

The worst place to take your vehicle. I could have done a better job. I just followed what my insurance asked me to do. They made my truck worse than it was. The girls that work there could care less about your vehicle or having any integrity of the work they do.
