Customer service was great, they gave me updates when I would call. There was an issue I discovered after I picked up my car and I called them and had me bring it in to have it checked out, they replaced a part that had been damaged. When I brought in my car I forgot to bring in the bottom liner, when I seen about a month later they were able to attach it back for me.

Never once received a call about process of car while it was in for repairs, all inquiries were initiated by myself. A 5-7 day estimate turned into 2 weeks. Towards the end I was calling everyday to see why it was taking yet another day, then another day….resulting in me having to extend the rental car for an extra week. I was given a finish date so I returned the rental, and when I called to pick up my car, it wasn’t finished, needed another day, resulting in my son missing practice.

I received my car back and the paint wasn’t done properly. There was orange peel in several areas, they left it with a white powder residue all over the front end, the windshield has a line of probably tape residue left on it, and the lost a piece from the inside of my car that belongs to where the gear shift is! It was driven about 20 miles and a lot of gas was used! I was told they my car should be ready Monday then Thursday towards the end of the day and literally just like they said it was ready at the time they closed so I ended up going Friday morning to get it!! I notified them the part was missing and didn’t hear anything back so I waited probably over a week and called back and was told it was on back order and would be in the following Thursday that they would call me to schedule when they got it in.. today is Tuesday of the week after that Thursday and still nothing I will be calling soon myself again on Wednesday or Thursday. I’m not taking 2 trips to Rancho so I will do both when I go.

Customer service was outstanding. If there was a rating higher than 10. I would definitely rate it more. Britney had a very positive attitude, very professional, so helpful, knowledgeable, and quick on responding. She is an asset to your company. The other ladies, Veronica and Carla were also pleasant and helpful to deal with.
