The staff were wonderful. Kevin gave me a fair estimate in a timely fashion, with no upselling. What a pleasant surprise! And Corey attended to details and touch-ups that were not part of the estimate- he did it because he delivers quality work. Another pleasant surprise! I hope I never have another problem with a car again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to return to Fix Auto!

Where do I start? The work is fair. Could be better. After I got my car back, I realized someone had driven it 500 miles from the shop. My gas was full when I took it in and almost on empty when I picked it up. They didn’t even put the gas back. When I washed it yesterday, I noticed the paint on most of the car felt like sandpaper. Like from an overspray or something. It is visible on the windows. They had my tires aligned but that doesn’t quite seem right either.
