Even though my vehicle was in the shop for an extra 10 days or so, the techs did not accept parts in unworkable condition. I appreciate them for keeping MY best interests in mind.

Both Vanessa & Randy kept me informed via phone calls AND text messages. If something occurred to delay the work (bad part delivered, for example) I received a text or call later that same day. I ask a LOT of questions and they never got tired of answering them and they never made me feel that my "time was up."
